Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using QuickFrag (website, mobile app where available, matchmaking, game servers, and related features), you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and, when you make a purchase, our Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

QuickFrag is a Counter-Strike 2 matchmaking platform that lets you:

• create or join competitive 5v5 matches (public or private);
• use on-demand dedicated game servers;
• view player profiles, stats, leaderboards, and match history;
• use social features (friends, groups, invitations);
• access the QuickFrag cosmetic shop, seasonal Battle Pass, randomized loot cases, Clip Studio, and community tournaments when offered.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.

3. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use QuickFrag (Counter-Strike 2 is rated PEGI 18).
• You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• A Steam link is required to play when the service requires it, in accordance with Valve’s terms.

We may suspend or delete an account for violations of these terms or harm to the service or other users.

4. QuickFrag credits

QuickFrag credits are virtual currency used on the platform (shop, cases, premium Battle Pass, Clip Studio, entry fees for some events, etc.).

• Credits have no legal monetary value, are not currency, and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Credits are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable once spent, except where mandatory law or our Terms of Sale provide otherwise.
• Credits may be earned free (gameplay rewards, missions, promotions) or, where available, through a paid subscription described in our Terms of Sale.

5. Cosmetics and Battle Pass

QuickFrag cosmetics (avatars, frames, banners, titles, badges, etc.) are digital items shown on your QuickFrag profile. They do not grant in-game advantages on CS2 servers and are not Steam or Valve items.

The Battle Pass is seasonal progression with free rewards and, in premium form (paid in credits), additional tier rewards.

6. Randomized loot cases

Some shop cases grant a QuickFrag cosmetic through a weighted random draw in exchange for credits.

• Drop probabilities for each item are shown before you open a case.
• Rewards are QuickFrag cosmetics with no market value outside the platform.
• Resale, exchange for real money, or external monetization of cosmetics or credits is prohibited.
• Opening a case is final: credits are spent when the draw occurs.

7. Tournaments and rewards

QuickFrag may offer tournaments or community events. Access may require credits or criteria published in specific rules.

• Unless a published event ruleset states otherwise, rewards are QuickFrag credits or platform cosmetics.
• Cash prizes, real Counter-Strike 2 skins, or any prize with external monetary value are only offered when expressly stated in dedicated rules, with applicable eligibility, identity verification, and tax requirements.

8. Acceptable use

You must not, among other things:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with clients, servers, or our systems;
• harass, threaten, or discriminate; publish illegal or hateful content;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure;
• use the service unlawfully or in violation of third-party rights (including Valve);
• use multiple accounts to evade sanctions or abuse matchmaking;
• automate case openings, credit farming, or other abusive activity.

9. User content

Content you publish (messages, group names, etc.) must comply with law and these terms. You grant us the rights needed to host and display it in the service.

10. Intellectual property

Counter-Strike and Steam remain property of Valve Corporation. QuickFrag is an independent service not approved by Valve. The QuickFrag brand and original site content are protected where applicable. Do not use our marks without permission.

11. Service availability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, infrastructure incidents, or CS2 updates may temporarily affect the service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickFrag and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including legal conformity guarantees for paid digital content (see Terms of Sale).

13. Account termination

You may request account deletion by contacting support@quickfrag.fr. We aim to process requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence within the European Union.

The courts of Paris have jurisdiction where permitted by law. Consumers may also bring claims in their place of residence where the law allows.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date on this page will change. Continued use may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
