Terms of Sale

1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern sales of digital content and services offered by QuickFrag to consumers under French consumer law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
They supplement our Terms of Use. For sales matters, these Terms of Sale prevail in case of conflict.

3. Products and services

Cosmetics, cases, premium Battle Pass, and Clip Studio are consumed in credits; they are not sold directly in euros on QuickFrag.
Additional subscription offers may be added later; only offers shown on Stripe Checkout at the time of order apply.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros incl. tax (according to the seller’s tax status). The applicable price is that displayed when you confirm payment on Stripe Checkout.
5. Order and payment
- Orders are placed via Stripe Checkout (card and methods offered by Stripe).
- QuickFrag does not store card numbers; payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (or applicable Stripe entity).
- Order confirmation is sent by email from Stripe (receipt/invoice as configured).
- You must have a valid QuickFrag account and be at least 18 years old.
6. Digital delivery
Credits are added to your QuickFrag account upon payment validation, usually immediately via our automated system, and within 24 hours at latest in case of technical incident.
If credits are not received after 24 hours, contact support@quickfrag.fr with your account ID and payment date.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw without giving reasons, under French consumer law (Articles L.221-18 et seq.).
Exception — immediate digital content: if you request immediate performance (credit delivery) and expressly waive your right of withdrawal at checkout (checkbox), withdrawal no longer applies once delivery has started.
To withdraw when still applicable, send a clear statement to support@quickfrag.fr.
8. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period (monthly) until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via the Stripe customer portal (from your profile or Stripe email) or by contacting support@quickfrag.fr.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata refund unless required by law.
- After cancellation, you keep free service access and unused credits already granted.
9. Refund policy

10. Nature of virtual credits
QuickFrag credits: have no legal monetary value; cannot be exchanged for real money; are personal and non-transferable; do not expire unless stated on a specific promotion or service closure with reasonable notice.
11. Cases and randomized content
Purchasing and opening cases in credits is final and non-refundable once the draw occurs. Probabilities are shown before opening (see Terms of Use).
12. Legal conformity guarantee
Digital content benefits from a two-year legal conformity guarantee from supply under EU Directive 2019/770 / French Consumer Code.
Contact support@quickfrag.fr for non-conformity. You may request remedy, price reduction, or refund under applicable law.
