Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using QuickFrag (website, matchmaking, game servers, and related features), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
QuickFrag provides tools to find Counter-Strike 2 matches, allocate servers, and use community features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must link Steam where required to play, in line with Valve’s terms.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service or other users.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or tamper with game clients, servers, or our systems.
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others; publish illegal or hateful content.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or infrastructure.
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights (including Valve’s).
5. User content
Content you submit (e.g. chat messages, group names) must comply with the law and these terms. You grant us the rights necessary to host and display such content in the service.
6. Intellectual property
Valve and Steam remain the property of Valve Corporation. QuickFrag branding and site content are protected as applicable. Do not use our marks without permission.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickFrag and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including gross negligence or wilful misconduct, where applicable).
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify QuickFrag against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
Courts of Paris, France shall have jurisdiction for business users where permitted. Consumers may also benefit from mandatory rules in their country of residence.
